Features
The Upper Düden Waterfall is also known as "İskender Falls" or "Düdenbaşı Falls." Its water emerges from the karstic springs of Pınarbaşı, travels roughly 14 km underground, and resurfaces at Düdenbaşı.
History
The surrounding area was turned into a picnic ground by the State Hydraulic Works between 1970 and 1972.
