History
Side Museum was founded under the leadership of Arif Müfid Mansel and opened in 1962 after the restoration of an ancient bath (the Agora Bath) between 1959 and 1961.
Collection
The museum displays artifacts spanning from the Late Bronze Age to the Byzantine period.
